Dark times

There os no doubt that the US has gone through some tough times lately, experiencing that thousands have lost their jobs making them unable to make a living for themselves and their families. This is also why Barack Obama today promised make a difference by introducing his financial pacakage.

The package

Obama’s package is going to create new jobs and to inprove the healthcare system. Obama did today give his first radio spech as the american President, and he pledged the american people to support his gigantic conjecture package reaching 825 billion dollars. Who is Bigbrother?

The US has since World War 2 been regarded as the Bigbrother in the Western world. One very important factor in this association is the fact that the US has been financially superior and being the first to invent things and create progress.

Is the world order changing?

The past years since the financial crisis in Asia in the 80’ties, where the US among other nations send financial cauncelling to Asia to help rebuild the economy, asian economy has grown very strong. Finally

Finally the great rescue plan put forward by the American President has been passed, though this has been taking the american politiciens a bit too long time in my oppinon. The great question is however: Will this act pull the americans out of their financial cricis?

Stocks…

The Stock market did not react with the positive tones as many had hoped it would. This talking for the fact that this plan might not be as effective as many had hoped it would be. I do however belive that we must possess ourselves in patience and let the plan work for more than a couple of days before we make our judgement. read comments on the political process of the american rescue plan here

America?

Since the financial cricis startet in America many have been talking about wether one of the concequences of this cricis will be that America will loose its position in the world as the supreme financial superpower.
